Around 60-62 upon waking up, I do it about 3 times a week.

Trivia: Lance Armstrongs was 32 :o!!

I train 2 riders on the Discovery cycle team and theirs are regularly 38-42 in the offseason!

Do they lie about those numbers like their bench press?

Lowest upon waking was 58 or 59. Normally about 60 to 62 in the morning.

Low to mid 50's

A couple of things could be causing yours to be high... :-\  Stress, overtraining, lack of cardio....

I've been stressed since I was born ;D Not overtraining, but I have picked up my cardo to see if that helps, I'm hoping that is the problem.
