Well......I have spent the last 10 - 15 years investing in a pretty good home gym....pretty much "old school".....tons of free weights and the basic equipment that was found in every "golden era" gym......I would say that with the equipment I have now, ANY pro can come in for a workout and walk away with a good pump. I call it my "weightpit".......and that name came from reading my first ever bodybuilding book written by the one and only Franco Columbu.....he talked about working out in the "weightpit" at the Venice Golds and the name stuck.

All I can say is that I'm 38 and bodybuilding has been the GREATEST influence on my life. I live it and encourage others to get into it. I'm in better shape now than I was in my 20's......
