Is it nessessary to run an HRT post cycle even if you are using less then 1000mgs of test? Just curious. I am curently running 750mgs of Sustenon per week with 300mgs of Deca. It is a 12 week run.

Since you are on HRT I would assume you are on it permanently. Are you actually coming off 100% or are you simply lowering the dose after the 750mg/wk cycle?

hrt is REPLACEMENT...so yes, you will need to run it post cycle. go back to hrt 17-21 days like you would pct.

yeah what exactly do you mean?you def need to run a PCT. I know hormone replecment therapy is like androgel and that shit. not sure you would want to use that right after coming off cycle.

What is a good example of a PCT that I could use after a cycle like the above mentioned? I only ask because a lot of the hardcores I know claim that you don't need a PCT unless your taking a 1000mgs of test or more. I'd rather be safe then sorry if you catch my drift.

I would run Nolva for 4 weeks at the end.  Dosages vary, but at least 20mg per day.  Some like a tapered dose, starting at 40mg per week, progressively decreasing to 20mg per week.

Most likely you did not run any hcg throughout this cycle, so you will also need some recovery here.  Post cycle, hcg at 1500IU 2x per week for 2 weeks should suffice, but next time I would run it at 500IU every 5 days throughout.

I would advise against stagger the Nolvadex dosage, as it won't do any good.  Stay at the same dosage throughout.

For a light cycle, HCG isn't necessary on cycle, but could be considered for PCT.
