thats what most homos at my gym look like!

There is a guy who is at least 220 and he always always wears trousers pants whatever you wanna call em.

But one day he wore in long shorts and I was shocked to see his fucking legs which he simply must not train whatsoever this was extremely odd to look at! At least bast has some quad development!

No it's a fair comparison, how could you think comparing anyone to the man mountain known as Alexxx in any way could be remotely fair

I mean look at his calves, they belong in the special olympics in some kind of wheelchair event. Sad to say but we must be honest with him and shed light upon the clearly visible truth.

alright....I guess I can see your logic. those calves arent' that great especially compared to the guys developement from the waist up...hell, I'd love to have a chest like that.

Not only that, someone put out an APB for his delts. His arms wouldn't look half as big as they do, if he had more shoulder development.
I love calf training, that searing burn, the stretch, just a feeling I actually enjoy.

In all fairness...some gyms have a no grunting policy. Maybe his has a no training calves policy. So we really can't hold this against him

well in all fairness if he posted that pic but only from the waist down he'd be getting torn apart on this board, lots of "monster 17" quads" and stuff like that....

come on guys, every body know how hard it is to build up calves, I mean the calves have even less nerves runnijng through than anybodies face.
My Trainings partner is massive and he has small calves as well compared to his body, he tried for 2 years now to seriously build them up, and they grow but so slow.
Calves are just a bitvh if you don't got great once or have 7 little bricklayers inside of you like Arnold or Yates and not 3 or 4 bricklayers like the rest of us.
