I'm sure someone has already posted this b4 but i don't care I'm going to ask again ...........Does anyone know what Arnold really took back in the 70's what was available ? i know Dbols,Decca primo, test but does anyone actually have one of his cycles written down?

Arnold clearly had breast implants in his biceps and calf implants and pec implants.  ::).  Maybe he should have trained intensely huh Bluto?  I have never seen anyone say he took test and Deca though.

All i know is someone posted it last month i believe it was written down and some guy released it as part of a bio.....its on getbig some place not sure how legit it is.
