Why do Indians think they're the smartest on the planet and spiritually arrogan? They don't steal job throught outsourcing out of talent but out of being cheap labor.

• It's been well established that the average IQ in India is lower that it is in the western world.
• One smart math teacher doesn't make up for the entire nation
• Eating beef ain't a sin and was the shot in the arm evolution needed to expand brain capacity
• After all efforts, Prakash, Mukesh, Avinash and Praveen all still have an accent when I call Bank of America tech support...

India has a huge percentage of poor people but one of the largest middle class in the world. All middle class children from India are educated and often study abroad - they excel at education and particularly medicine and mathematics. When you base India on average IQ then your results will obviously be skewed due to all the poor who are unable to be provided with any education at all.

Indians and especially Hindus all throughout the world are top of their class when it comes to results. In the UK Chinese and Indian children top the grades, and this trend is similar throughout the world.

Not everyone in India is Hindu and large percentage eat meat. However, they don't eat beef not because it is a sin or against the religion (as Sikhism promotes eating all meat), however, it is due to respect for the animal as it has provided India with a source of milk for centuries and enabled many Indians to survive.

And to add to this, India steals jobs now due to its economic growth in many sectors included I.T goods and products. Also, India has enormous wealth created from natural minerals (wide variety of gems and diamonds) and steel is also big in India.

India steals jobs now because it is an up and coming economy and will be a global superpower in the next 20 years. India attracts more foreign direct investment than even China. Expect nuclear power stations to be the next surge of growth in India after U.S declares India right to use nuclear power (India at current time has much of its power imported).

India also has a dynamic labour force with many educated abroad coming back to set-up companies. Indian also will beat the West on productivity in many areas in the next 20 years as technology keeps improving in India has Indian and generally Chinese workers are prepared to work longer hours and also prepared to give up more of their free time and devote that time to work.

Your a fool if you think Indian economy is built on just outsourcing!

I'm not Indian I'm white and from the U.K. Grew up with many Indians and admire their work ethic. Also, i studied Economics and work for a big bank - so i know some of my shit when it coming to investment in India - although i am still learning this new economy

Have nothing personally against Indians. I'm a Software Architect for a big tech so I do know about offshore investments as well. Don't call me "dumb" out of the blue mate.

But it's interesting to observe how much their cockyness has played against them in many cases. We're shutting down many projects over there because of attitude problems and lies about qualifications...eventua lly thinking about shutting down the entire development center. Return on investment is not as great as the trenders have claimed...   just reflects what I said earlier...

On a serious note, pointing at the average IQ of an Indian person is a poor way to compare. Most Indians that are brought up in the west are pretty smart. If you don't believe, go over to the Ivy league schools and look at who's attending. Keep in mind that Indians do this without the help of affirmative action.

All kidding aside, India is a major force in the coming years.  When their 20 years old turn 40, we'll be begging them to outsource some work here.  They will reap the benefits of their labor once they go from a production nation to a CREATION nation and come up with some ideas.  When they get an idea first, and export it with greater efficiency and high high barriers to entry for US firms, they will own that idea for a long time.  And if that technology ends up being the next email or internet or other killer ap, the US will be pwned beyond belief.

i dont really have a problem with Indians, the educated/well-off ones tend to be quite smart and successful in fact...India has one of if not the oldest civilizations in the world, these people are not idiots.
also due to their religious beliefs they tend to be quite peaceful and non violent, non-agressive as a nation.
the main problem with India tho, the thing that has always held them down, is their absurdly enormous population.
if it werent for the billions of dirt poor mouths needing to be fed and dealt with, india would be a first world country right now. their huge pop just drags them down.
the bad thing about them tho is that they are maybe the ugliest race of people on the earth, and they smell like shit.
