Couple of things:
*test/deca ratio should always be around 2:1...some can get away with it being a little closer to even, but 2:1 is the general rule.
*Test-cyp at 100mg/e5d...so basically over the coarse, this adds up to a little over 100mg/wk. All you'll be doing here is shutting down your natural test and replacing it with the test you administer...this is pointless, as well as a problem. The problem, you're going to come off this cycle and like all cycles you will want your natural functions to begin taking over. This is the case with all cycles but here you have created unnecessary work. What you'll basically be doing is replacing your natural levels with levels that are close to equal, only to try and get the natural levels back to the same point...this is like running to the finish line, only you're running in circles instead of straight ahead. Granted, you may very well be an individual with naturally low test levels, but even if this were true, it doesn't justify this cycle.

*Last off, it's a good thing that you are not wanting to get crazy with the cycle and run ridiculously high doses. At the same time ridiculously low doses do not make the cycle worth while or even necessarily safe. True, the risk involved are far greater when doses are too high but there is still a correct procedure to follow and low dose cycles that are too low although different risk, can cause unnecessary problems as well.
