The guy started out with a fake steroid cycle and got results from the placebo effect.

Then he goes off by using estrogen to develop some gyno.

He then proceeds by continueing his quest to place in a local show by going the natural way without ever thinking of dieting.

Well as natural as you can get by injecting bee pollen into his nipples.

This is proof that Melvin Goodrum needs to stop calling himself Vince Goodrum. He has totally soiled the name 'Vince' on all muscle forums.

On Christmas eve perhaps some of us should count our blessings. Imagine what it must feel like to be Melvin?! That guy looks at himself in the mirror and sees an amazing physique. So he takes a few online courses and hangs his shingle up as a professional consultant. Why he even promised us a free socko calf program that was due mid-November. Can we appreciate how much nerve it takes for that guy to get up on stage in public knowing Callard is there recording every pose? We can collectively be grateful we are NOT Melvin Goodrum. He is out there on Sat night reading our every word. Such is his dismal life.
