The 1970 Mr Canada contest was held in Vancouver. Contrary to what ignoramuses like you and Bob Chick believe there were lots of guys enterred. Walter Milner and John Mikl went on to win the Mr Canada a few years later.

When you have won a national title then consider yourself a peer re physiques. Heck, I would be impressed if you could win an open state title. Heck, even a local novice title would be a big deal in your life.

Both Arnold and Frank visited my place in Manly at my penthouse apartment. Arnold in 1974 and Frank about 1977 or so. Arnold was at my gym in 1974 and 1980. Frank knows who I am and so does Arnold.

Yeah, Keith sent a pizza or something like that. I thought it would be a hoot talking to Melvin but he had nothing to say. We didn't know he was gay then but I think he had someone with him so couldn't talk. He didn't want my help, either. Later he posted he got deals via coupons and promotions for meals and entertainment so did okay in Vegas.

The fact is that you're a lonely old elderly man and you are upset because you never did anyting spectacular or significant in bodybuilding and now you lash out at the IFBB and Bob Chick and making the usual excuse of "The establishment is holding me down".  Arnold didn't want you as a friend, Frank Zane didn't even know who you were when I asked him, and there's hardly any records of that Mr Canada title which tells me that it wasn't that prestigious at the time or didn't have any meaning.

I never denied it. Since people here seldom try to help one another such behaviour is viewed as suspicious. Shows how sick our society is. If I recall Melvin got spit on by Derek during his visit to Vegas. I guess he didn't like that Melvin contacted his parents about what Derek had on the internet and Derek was going to sort hapless Melvin out. So Melvin has a history of getting back at people who threaten or bag him. Before I found out he was gay I was going to invite him to Sydney and he could have stayed at a friend's place and used my gym for free. That never happened. I thought we could show everyone what some serious training could do for Melvin. Naturally, Melvin thought he knew more than I did and besides he wouldn't go to a gym that had some magenta equipment! Nor could he afford to come to Australia.

After Onlyme found Melvin's messages to Queen Vissy on line there was no way I was inviting a gay guy to Sydney. Not that I dislike gays but imagine what the lads on Getbig would make of that. You see, folks, I do have sympathy for others and as a gym owner and former PE teacher I do try to help a lot of people. Melvin has had some assistance preparing for his last contest and looked much better. However, where was the size he carried before he cut up? That is what I could have helped him with. I thought he would be super motivated to show everyone because of the bagging he received on a regular basis on the muscle forums and especially here at Getbig. Some people you just can't help.
