Lol, Toxie... it was Christmas.  :)

We're familiar with her music, but it's a little sad to listen to, especially this song, knowing she died of skin cancer in her early thirties.

Yes.  Not exactly sure when, but a few years ago, they repackaged her songs... that's how I found her. I have the cd with this one on it.  Can barely listen to it. From what I read back then, she did her best to tour (mostly coffee house places) and record what she could before she passed. She really did have a most beautiful voice.
