Please don't try to tell me the Texans are a good team. The Jags have been up and down all season and proved that yesterday when they couldn't even close out the game. It wasn't a convincing win and it proved that the Jags are pretenders and have no business in the playoffs. It did nothing to prove that New England is capable of beating SD or Baltimore. You lose any sense of credibility when you try to brag about beating the Texans, by the way. New England has absolutely no chance of beating SD or Baltimore on the road in the playoffs.

The jags beat the shit out of Indy a few weeks ago. You stated a few days ago the mark of a "good" team was how well they do in December. You stated Indy was a "good" team, that had a shot to go all the way. Well, the the Colts have lost 3 of there last 4 games to GARBAGE teams as you call it. They beat cinci but so what? We beat em by 40 at home when they where a better team. The pats beat the Texans by 40 points. Beat the jags, who killed the colts lol. The colts also lost to the titans. Seems to me the texans proved who the pretenders where. I do not think the colts are pretenders but by your own logic they are. I said long ago the colts downfall would be Manning having to out score people since the d was awful. Looks to be what is happening for them now. The Colts have had next to no injuries all year. When Miami beat NE they where without Maroney, Wilfork,Watson, Harrison Wilson and O'callaghan. To sum that up for you since you know jack about the pats players that is the equivalent to the colts playing without Adi (who is not close to as good a back as Maroney), there best defensive linemen (who is not even close to as good as wilfork) There center, Marvin Harrison and Utec. That is how important those players are to our system. The pats bounced back and beat the texans by 40. Yes, the texans suck. But you would have a point if NE did not completley dominate them in every faze of the game. You would have a point if the game was close. The Pats beat them by 40. Everyone knows good teams do that to bad teams. While the "great" colts got beat by them.The pats have a way better record in December then the colts with 10 times the injuries. What is the colts excuse? You contradict yourself over and over. You need to learn a win is a win and a loss is a loss. If I use your logic I can go back to 2 of the pats 4 loses and makes excuses why they should have won. They lost to indy by 7 with no safety's to speak of. I could say If Rodney/Wilson was playing it would have been diff. But, I do not as we lost and thats that.
You make excuses for a team that loses? Look at the time of possesion yesterday. The Pats owned that game. Look at the first down percentage. Look at the defensive stats. Passing yards etc... Banta cane (Wilforks backup) made a bone head mistake and the jags got a lucky 7. Glaskowski missed a field goal and the jags got lucky with a roughing the passer call on a vrabel int (which led to a score by the jags). The game was owned by NE. Up and down you say? The Jags have beat some of the best teams in football this year. Including housing your colts with 350 plus yards on the ground. They had the number 2 defense in the league.... But you wouldn't know that since you said the number three ranked d was nothing special.
You say they have no shot eh? Well then Mr Marty who chokes in the playoffs shatzy might not be so sure. he has constantly choked in the playoffs. I would think that could be a factor for the Chargers. Rivers has also been struggling lately
Wonder how he will do in the playoffs? Brady is a 2 time superbowl mvp you know. Has three rings. Is one of the best Qbs ever. The patriots offense moved the ball with ease against the number 2 defense in the league. They did the same thing against Chicago when they played them. they did it in the air. That was there supposed weakness due to the wide receiver core. The pats have a top 3 defense in the league, a great running game ( with the return of Maroney) and a offense that proved they can move the ball against the best defense's in the league. What exactly does san dieago and Baltimore have that is so much better that we have NO shot? Running game? Dillon Marony and Faulk.. Passing game? Tom Brady and 11 different receivers have proved they can be very effective. Of course we need to pick up some big time recievers to finally give Brady some real weapons. But, what Brady has now CAN be very effective. Defense? We have the number three d in the league. Number 2 against the rush. Since San D is built around Lt I would think that could be a strong point for us. That and we have a 3 time superbowl champ as the QB. The chargers have a unproven QB who is struggling at the moment. The Pats d is all superbowl / playoff vets. I never said it would be easy. I never said we would win it all. I said we have a good shot. When 100 percent healthy the Pats can off any of those teams mentioned if they play well. That is a fact. Anyone who actually follows all the teams in the NFL would agree. Is it going to be easy? Hell no!!! They are all fantastic teams. But to say we have no shot is foolish. You can throw all the big stats out you like. The flavor of the month cowboys just lost to the Eagles.
Harrison made a diesel defensive play and ended the game himself. Other then the foul up when James drew went down off his own guy, New England plowed through that d like it was butter. Check the time of possesion. G's missed kick. If anyone didn't close anything out it was the pats.
Btw, you lost all credibility when you claimed good teams had winning record in December.You called the colts a good team who where at the very top of the heap. You went on to rip the pats. But, the colts have lost 3 of there last 4 to teams NE has beat. 2 of those teams in the last month. My point with these posts is not to tell you the pats are better then the ravens or chargers. I never said that. Both those teams are fantastic. I never said we would beast the playoffs and take a fourth title .I never said anything like that. I support my team. There is a ton of hate towards them since they won 3 superbowls in four years.The Pats just won there 5th consecutive division title. They have also had an injury list as long as my arm. I give them credit for where they are with the injuries they went through. Wjere are your giants? The pats had just as many key injuries as the Giants and they are 11 - 4. You talk , but your "proud" team sucks. They Pats are finally getting key players back. They are 11 and 4. But, they are DONE since they are not 13 - 2 like they usualy are
My point is your statements about the pats are based more on ignorance and hatred for a winning franchise, then unbiased fact. To say they have no chance is proof positive.
