Don't forget that that is a movie/documentary that was very edited. They probably took pics of him pressing heavier weight out. In one seen he's dumbbell curling a pair of hundreds on an incline. In another seen they only showed him working with 225lb on the incline bar. Plus it is a completely different era of bbdg. Diod you see how small some of those guys were in south africa that were warming up in the back.
