HE seem's credible,but the way he paint's the overall bbing scene from gym rat to pro he make's u feel that proper training and eating is useless unless hormonized,which to some is ok and are willing to deal with.but you still need to train yourself and believe clean or drugged that your training is getting you somewhere,or else you read his info and say if i'm clean why bother?

you see njflex you have to understand the psychology behind a character like GH15, he can't possibly fathom the idea that there are guys who have halfway decent genetics for size and strength since he had to juice just to be able to weigh 150 and bench 135 and squat 185, his genetics are so horrible that he's had to juice just to look average.
