I would like to add myself to the list, right now

After buying an old house i have
only been working on this house in my sparetime. It's been a friggin nightmare,
haven't been able to train.
When you work hard it's good with a beer after work +++ So now i'm a bit like lee
priest in the offseason.
But i will start January with adding two/three meals a day. And start eating breakfast
again. So any good advise how to shred bf? Any of you guys been in similar situation??
