i will have a similar definition but with more size on my gigantic 6feet6 frame soon!! i will be the master with my new diet of 3000 carbs and 50 fat and 100 grams of protien per day 9000mg of potassium and 11000mg of sodium along with my masterful cardio workouts and weights

daddywaddy you and alexxx should join me on the moon...im gonna start a gym on the moon (called moonimipa) and we will lift huge weights due to gravity (aprox 1/6 of earths) we are gonna be benching 2000lbs for fucks sake. barbells are gonna be giant joints. and weights frozen elephant shit glued to the barbells

this dude is obviously 'perfection' to the eyes of the 'industry' gracing MANY covers of fitness magazines, this is were the money and the bitches are at when you get to this level. it is my dream to be the muscle pimp.

im gonna lift you and daddywaddy while you lift whatever you lift (kemil). there can only be one. alexxx..you should try my training system..only training one body part per year. you could call 2007 the year of the right calf
