Cool old school 1977 gym. York plates, wood paneling, 8 X 10 pics framed on the walls, 8 ft high ceilings. The place did need some rock & roll though.

I would love to workout in a gym like this :(

He definitely handled the 405 lbs very easily assuming the weight is real.

He is a thick guy!

I don't care for the camera angles very much.  What about you guys?  I would rather have a further back shot where you can see what he is doing.

He is not too pretty to look at close up. :-\

If the guy built a bigger back and quads he would be mr. O right now!

gotta agree with you here, i'm 98 percent sure the weight he was doing was real but they should have panned back so you could see what was going on, here is one of him close grip benching

Frank is a very strong dude thats for sure, right up there with levrone.

I like the fact that he did them free weights no smith machine.Makes the lift even more impressive.

frank uses great form.

his forearms are sick but he has hardly any thicknes in his torso.

i still think levrone has the edge in pressing strength, dj, as well, but frank is young.

amazing work he made 315 look easy! it was a little strange that every set except the 405 it shows u him lifting with the weight in full veiw but in the final sets it shows only him until he is in the process of racking the weight then it zooms out to show the weight.

I'm not sayin its not real but it is strange how it focuses on the weight up until there actually some real weight on the bar!

I agree. At the very end of the day it is ONLY a promotional for Universals ANIMAL line of products. It's all about the image and idea.

I aint saying Wrath McGrath isn't strong or as bad as he looks in the videos but I'm saying that there is probably glitz/glamour and ''special effects'' in these videos even if it's just a little bit.

As it should though. If I was the owner of Universal I'd be in the gym with them with a few styrofoam plates or wooden plates and have him add on his heavy set to look more impressive.

I just find it strange that you hear the weights bang together when he puts them on,and hear them jiggle together on the first few sets. But on the last set,you don`t see or hear him put the weights on,and that last set is in complete silence. No noise from the jiggling of the weights at all.
