he is a decent fighter but he is no champion material. He defeated a few noname fighters like mahood, sinosic and bonnar, fought alright agianst Ortiz and people start talking about a title shot and stuff like that. There are many lightheavies who can beat his ass.

round 3: Ortiz tries to take down Liddel, grabs his leg on the gorund, Liddel gets free and throws some punches at Ortiz.Liddel continues with the punches. Liddel beats Ortiz with some uppercuts.Ref stops it

In my opinion, Ortiz was not going to recover. The stop was necessary. Chuck was just pounding him on the ground.
