I'm not going to claw your eyes out but I won't/cant answer a couple of your questions due to confidentiality agreements with my trainers. I can tell you I train hard 6 days a week, pushing as much weight as alot of the guys. My bench is 225 for reps, squats are 315 for reps...As for supplements, can't answer, but I don't shop at GNC, I have been training for 7 years and am a National level for bodybuilding and a pro powerlifter. What affects my physique the most? My diet, my intensity and major mover lifts.
