As I have said to the form freaks with 12" arms on this site before, that is the way the big boys train.

The sad part is that some of the morons here just cannot get the fact that is how he built those guns.  Go to any gym and watch the biggest guys train.  Almost invariably (there are always exceptions) they will use a controlled, but somewhat loose form when training arms and with certain other movements.

Good point. I saw the other day some guys using good form on dumbell rows. They where doing it at the same time and control the twenty pound dumbell. Then there was this other strong guy behind them doing 40 pounds controlled. :o
just push some weight!

It's Bodybuilding. It doesn't come from a book or training manual. The only true advice on real bodybuilding is from the elders of the sport, the ones with experience on the demands to build a body like arnolds, ronnies, reeves, sergio's, haney, ray, priest etc. It's always good to be updated on current "discoveries" "analysis" "studies" or new things, but don't discredit or disregard the people before us, the "OG Big Boys"  of the gym. The ones that have the type physiques which we want to get are sculpted mainly with weight training.
They know something. OG Big Boys  8)
