I would assume that it has either caffiene or Ephedra or both if its claiming to increase mood and fat burning. If you want a good fat burner / mood enhancer just make sure what you get has both those ingredients in it. Of course keep in mind that the better your mood gets from any stimulant the worse your mood will get when you stop taking it. IE ( coke, Meth )
