Also, lipids have a utility in membrane compliance otherwise your cells would die. Thus, zero percent is impossible. One percent is also ridiculous. I would surmise that any lower than 3 percent and your organ systems would be severely pressured. At 260 pounds, that would only amout to 8 pounds of fat, which is ridiculous.
