relax bluto..dont try to stop the spread of the free word. regarding question number 2...what jimmy says is true alot of the born again christians do it cuz they feel guilt and are ashamed of what they have done..not everyone of course but most of the bodybuilders (and people in general) who shout the loudest that they are christian etc..are often the biggest hypocrites.

Back in the 60's and 70's my stack was the typical stack of taking 20mg of Methandrostenolone (4 * 5mg tabs) per day plus a 400mg shot of Nandrolone every 10 days. For the last month before a contest the Nandrolone would stop and be relaced by 50m of Winstrol per day.  This would last for 5 months on and then we would take 1 month off completely. Generally in the earlier days I would compete in the Mr Scotland in the October and the Mr Britain in May so things could be timed quite well.

Remember that Methandrostenolone was marketed as Dianabol as early as 1956. It was legal, fairly safe, gave dramatic initial results and indeed was looked upon similarly to Creatine today. On that basis why would any serious bodybuilder NOT take it. I have to laugh at people who say Reg Park and the others were natural . Why would they be ? It would be like a modern bodybuilder not taking Creatine in case it became illlegal and taboo in the distant future.

 
 

Good thread Jimmy, a few questions I have (not interested in what bber is butt slaming what judge - but it's very entertaining though) 1. When you were taking the dianabol at that doses what sides did you get? and how much muscle did you keep after coming off? 2. As you got older (45-present age) did you find it harder to train with intensity and recover? 3. Did your training make any dramatic changes over the years - meaning did your training evolve with the ever new training routines - like going from the high volume style (2-3hr day workouts with 8 or more sets each body part 2X a week) to something like MaxOT (heavy weight low reps short workouts each body part 1X a week)? thanx for the feed back.

This post sums everything up perfectly.  It's not about specific gay incidents but rather the fact that all the bodybuilding federations are controlled like a gay version of the Maisons. Rituals dedicated to the body beautiful and power over it's deciples by the power wielding few (many of whome are Jewish such as the Weiders and Joe Gold).  So many born again types such as Bob Birdsong (biggest gay prostitute of all) who became a minister, Larry Scott who became a very devout Mormon after his time as Mr Olympia under the gay nutritionist Reo Blair, Denis Tinnerino becoming a minister, etc etc.  All trying to cleanse themselves of the shame they feel after being part of the world of ritualistic institutionalised homosexuality which is the Weider world of the IFBB.

If you know a Christian (especially born again) bodybuilder (there may be some on this site) then you know a bodybuilder who has experienced the rituals. Look at Lee Haney and that big daft fellow Ronnie Coleman. Both very religious and I believe Ronnie even came on stage dressed as Moses at the last Olympia. He was probably wearing that same costume the night before to titilate the jewish bodyworship leaders.
