one of the following will happen:

1) the project doesn't go nearly like adam thought it would and he'll stop partway through while claiming that he has another amazing idea.

2) we never see any receipts but a bullshit reason is concocted for why he doesn't have them.

3) we do see receipts, but we have no way of proving he actually ate all the meals.

4) proving the pointlessness of the project, he starts carefully selecting his meals by getting things like grilled chicken sandwiches with no mayo or the salads.

want to impress me? follow the diet the guy in super size me did. make every meal big burgers, fries, or those weird breakfast things they make. until then this is all bullshit.

I can eat up to 2983 calories.

Italians are known for extreme longevity, yet have arguably the highest fat content and sodium content in their diets.

Take the obesity out of the pic and an over consumtion in a short amount of time will reek havok on a system that isn't used to it, an example is the dude that did "Supersize me"......that was a faulse test because he claimed he got sick (can't remember what the illness was) from the fast food, but what he didn't reveal is that he was a vegan that being said, of course he's going to get sick.........my point being, is that if you bombard your system with an over abundance of anything, it will do damage............obesei ty or not, high intakes of sodium will do damage!!

Obesity is a contributing factor, but you should know that you don't have to be obese to have high BP!

disregarding any personal beef here, you're right. but that's a byproduct of adaption over generation after generation. if you took someone from japan (who has a longer life expectancy than italy) where they eat boatloads of fish and rice and then switched them to italian food they'd be fooked. every region of the world has their own diet and similarly they have adapted TO said diet.

and you're also ignoring what type of fats here. the kind of oils you'll get in a big mac or fries is considerably different than what you'd find in regular beef, which is different than what's in something like cashews.

Do you have a bodyweight and condition that you are specifically looking to attain?

3 percent bodyfat and lower.  No specific bodyweight.

His diet is based upon a number of calories that he needs to consume in a week, no matter of the macronutrient breakdown.  Watch when he posts what he eats.  One day he claims he eats a massive amount, the next like a bird.  He usually does it meal by meal though.  If he has too many calories at one sitting, his next meal is small.  He eats two cookies as a meal, or a Jr. Whopper at BK, high in fat yes, but not a ton of calories.  It is a joke really.

The part regarding his diet is correct.

Nothing new under the sun really. I think it's great if TA has found a way to make his food intake more tolerable, if he had problems with bodybuilder type of food being stale or whatever.

I still kind of wonder what happened to him trying to keep on getting even more shredded after the Mr Getbig contest and posting pics when he had reached that shredded condition?

Did that plan go to waste or something?

i am with true adonis on this one..if you add 2 hrs of cardio twice a day with 1 and a half hrs of weight training with the mcdonalds diet yes i think TA can achieve this.this is possible.mcdonlads diet is not the healthiest but if you eat accordingly with regular workouts one can eat anything they want to.eating 3 small meals of mcdonalds with cardio and weight training yes it is possible.

dude i believe you but as you said that you won't do cardio along with weight training, i think thats really gonna mess you up.one can eat anything and everything they want to eat.all you need to do is do cardio along with weight training..hell one can shed weight by being on a pizza diet.so what i am saying is that if your on a mcdonalds diet with cradio and weight training yes you can loose weight and get shredded but with only weight training and no cardio then i think so your insides are gonna get messed
