MD tried to get the bout sanctioned by the NY State Boxing Commission but ran into some problems.  This bout was is to be a real bout recognized officially.  We have to find an alternate location.

Also, Derek`s dad had a heart attack on Christmas day.  He has had a lot of family problems to deal with as of late and needs more time.  

As far as the AC goes.....Who knows.....You will just have to wait and see....

Those fuckers over at MD think I am the bad guy for asking about the fight. They announced it afterall, all I ever wanted was a fight date or know if it was cancelled or not.
