this is a thread to open some of your guys eyes on buying steroids and drugs online through websites and shadey clinincs. besides the heavily successful operation "gear grinder" their are  2 or 3  DEA operations going on right now to stop this business. and believe me they work on this everyday they are probably on your favorite open source board as we speak investigating your favorite sources. and or aware of many of the companys many of us have probably used in the past-im for one done buying gear from any website at all. Im posting articles on the bust for you guys to get a better idea how serious they take this---- these are all recent--

New York, NY)-Four defendants have been charged with drug distribution, money laundering and tax fraud. The joint investigation leading to the charges was conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Internal Revenue Service and the US Marshals Service. Four of the defendants were arrested on December 21, 2006 in Miami, Florida; Antonio Quinones, Jose Lopez, Herman Quinones and Michael Depinillos. This investigation, known as "Operation Click 4 Drugs," targeted an organization which distributed large quantities of Schedule III and Schedule IV controlled substances via the internet which resulted in the seizure of $817,000 cash, $4.2 million dollars worth of property, 2 automobiles, 1 Sea Ray marine vessel and two loaded guns.

Seized Ferrari

The owner of the company, Antonio Quinones, ran this illegal organization like a business. The business’ operation would begin when a customer using the internet to buy controlled substance would visit one of the websites Quinones operated. The customer would input personal credit card information and fill out a medical questionnaire in order to purchase drugs. The questionnaire would be forwarded to physicians overseas. The physicians would approve the online questionnaire, issue a prescription and email the prescription to a pharmacy. Throughout the country, pharmacies would fill out the prescriptions and ship the drugs to the customers.

A physician issuing a prescription without meeting the patient constitutes a violation of the requirement for a prescription to be for a legitimate medical purpose. During the course of this investigation, there were several undercover Internet purchases from four of the organization’s websites.

DEA Special Agent-in-Charge John P. Gilbride stated, ""Prescribing beyond the scope may sound like a title for a good novel. However, in this case, "Operation Click-for Drugs", prescribing beyond the scope is what these greedy individuals are being charged with for illegally trafficking prescription medication over the internet. This organization’s greed and disregard for the law and safety of the public put lives at risk by delivering drugs without proper medical approval. The DEA is focused on identifying and shutting down these rogue internet pharmacies in order to keep our children and our community safe from the perils of prescription drug abuse. Let this serve as a warning to those who operate rouge internet pharmacies that DEA and our law enforcement partners will find you and put you out of business.

heres pmeds bust in late october- busted by operation 'cyber gear"

Operation Cyber-Roid Snares Illegal Internet Pharmacy

OCT 26 -2006- (Chicago) – Gary G. Olenkiewicz, Special Agent in Charge of the Chicago Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration, along with Patrick Fitzgerald, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, Michael E. Cleary, Special Agent in Charge of the Chicago Field Office of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Office of Criminal Investigations, and Byram W. Tichenor, Special Agent in Charge of the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division in Chicago, announced the arrest of five defendants in two separate criminal cases involving illegal distribution of prescription drugs and anabolic steroids over the internet.

The DEA, along with the FDA and IRS began the investigation in 2005 following a complaint from a Massachusetts man that his son had used his credit card without permission to purchase anabolic steroids over the Internet from PMeds.com.
Prescription cough syrup seized from Dawn Pharmacy.
Hydrocodone also seized at Dawn Pharmacy.

“For too long a virtual medicine cabinet has been open on the Internet with cyber drug dealers illegally doling out prescription medications. Today we closed shop on one of these rogue Internet pharmacies,” Mr. Olenkiewicz said. “Operation Cyber-Roid was successful due to the cooperative efforts of our partners at the FDA, IRS, and the United States Attorney’s Office. The DEA will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to put an end to the diversion of controlled substances.”

Mr. Cleary said: “This investigation again demonstrates the commitment of FDA’s Office of Criminal Investigations to aggressively pursue, with the cooperation of our law enforcement partners like the DEA and IRS, the illegal distribution of prescription drugs over the Internet by those who greedily place the health and safety of U.S. consumers at risk to line their pockets.”

Six defendants were charged in a criminal complaint with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, including anabolic steroids, through the website PMeds.com. Gary Calow of Metepec, Mexico, his brother, Larry Calow, of Tinley Park, Illinois, and Ricky Boros also known as Vince Kwiatkowski of Oak Brook, Illinois, formed the Internet pharmacy business PurchaseMeds, Inc., and the website PMeds.com to sell prescription drugs online. According to the criminal complaint, beginning in January 2003, the website took orders from the Calow residence in Tinley Park, forwarded the orders to a site in Metepec, Mexico, and then smuggled anabolic steroids and other controlled substances into the United States for shipment to customers. PMeds also allegedly utilized commercial carriers to ship steroids concealed in electronic equipment and women’s shoes into the United States. Another defendant, Sergio Oliveira of Hoschton, Georgia, supplied PMeds with steroids and other controlled substances from his business in Belize. In return, Gary Calow wire transferred at least $198,703 to Oliveira’s companies between November 12, 2003 and March 23, 2006, for payment of controlled substances and prescription drugs. The complaint further alleges that Randy Soderlund of Tinley Park and Larry Calow’s daughter, Beth Calow, of Hobart, Indiana, processed Internet drug orders at the Tinley Park residence.

Also charged in the conspiracy is Garishkumar Ray, also known as Garish Ray of Glenview, Illinois, who is charged together with Sam Soans, of India, in a related criminal complaint. Ray and Soans are charged with conspiracy to distribute prescription drugs other than for a legitimate medical purpose. In addition, Ray and Soans were charged with obtaining and dispensing controlled substances with a fictitious or expired DEA registration number. Ray is the CEO and president of Dawn National Pharmacy (DNP) and Soans is the marketing manager of the website dnrxpharmacy.com. On occasion, DNP filled drug orders for the Calow brothers, who operated the PMEds website. DEA records show that DNP obtained 101,600 dosage units of hydrocodone, the generic name for Vicodine, between January and October 2006, without a valid DEA registration number. Ray and Soans regularly dispensed controlled substances, including hydrocodone, over the Internet without a valid doctor’s prescription by utilizing doctors located in Puerto Rico to approve prescriptions without contact with patients.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Matthew M. Schneider.

If convicted, the counts of conspiracy to distribute anabolic steroids or other Schedule III controlled substances carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine. Ray and Soans face a maximum penalty of four years in prison on the charges of obtains and dispensing controlled substances with a fictitious or expired DEA registration number. The Court, however, would determine the appropriate sentence to be imposed.

Im sure most of you have heard about jarred wheat and Hi-tech pharmaceuticals. they sell the lipodrene and other supplement products. they were also making rip off dbol product and some other OTC supps- this case they are taking very seriously- just read the charges.

DEA: Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals & 11 Individuals Indicted for "Generic" Pill Fraud Scheme
Defendants Allegedly Sold Millions Of Pills Over The Internet

Defendants Allegedly Sold Millions Of Pills Over The Internet

Two of the vehicles seized by the DEA as part of the operation

ATLANTA – Eleven individuals and an Atlanta-based company have been indicted by a federal grand jury on multiple felony charges relating to a scheme to sell adulterated and unapproved new drugs over the internet. Four of the defendants were scheduled to appear at a bond hearing before United States Magistrate Linda Walker at 1:45 p.m. today.

In a news conference, DEA Special Agent In Charge Sherri Strange said, “One of the fastest growing drug abuse concerns is prescription drugs. The selling and purchasing of drugs have been facilitated by the wide use of the internet, the anonymity it provides, and the ease and relative secrecy of the mail and private delivery companies. A recent search engine query for ‘prescription drugs for sale online’ resulted in over 10 million hits. President Bush, Attorney General Gonzales, and DEA Administrator Tandy have made prescription drug abuse a priority for DEA. As our children sit down at the family computer to do their schoolwork, research projects, and converse with friends, criminal organizations like the one alleged today slither into their lives. Every one of us has received spam e-mails directing us to visit websites to order supposed generic prescription drugs and controlled substances. Buyers beware. I am proud that DEA works closely with the FDA, other federal agencies, and foreign counterparts to thwart such criminal organizations.”

United States Attorney David E. Nahmias said, “The indictment’s allegations are disturbing because customers thought they were getting legitimate and safe prescription drugs over the internet from Canada at cheaper prices, when in reality they received adulterated fakes that were crudely made in an unsanitary house in Belize.”

FDA Office of Criminal Investigations Special Agent In Charge David Bourne said, “The FDA’s Office of Criminal Investigations actively pursues those who deceive the public by manufacturing and selling unapproved and unregulated medications which may pose risks to the health of consumers. We are committed to investigating and preventing those who use trickery and deceit to illegally and unscrupulously sell medications over the internet at the expense of the public health."

The defendants named in the indictment are: JARED ROBERT WHEAT, 34, of Alpharetta, Georgia; DAVID DALTON JOHNSON, 37, of Pinehurst, North Carolina; DAVID ALAN BRADY, 40, of Pinehurst, North Carolina; STEPHEN DOUGLAS SMITH, 38, of Duluth, Georgia; THOMAS HOLDA, 43, of Duluth, Georgia; SERGIO RONALDO OLIVEIRA, 46, of Hoschton, Georgia; BRAD NEAL WATKINS, 38, of Birmingham, Alabama; DAVID WATKINS, 40, of Norcross, Georgia; STEVEN BLINDER, 42, of Aberdeen, South Dakota; MICHELLE YOUNG, 38, a citizen of Belize; and, GUILLERMO PECH, 28, also a citizen of Belize; and HI-TECH PHARMACEUTICALS, a company based in Norcross, Georgia.

All of the defendants are charged with two different conspiracies: (1) conspiring to import controlled substances into the United States; and (2) conspiring to violate the wire and mail fraud statute and to introduce into interstate commerce adulterated and misbranded prescription drugs. The indictment charges each of the defendants, except DAVID WATKINS, BRAD WATKINS and STEVEN BLINDER, with different substantive violations including mail fraud, distribution of controlled substances and introducing adulterated and misbranded new drugs. The indictment also charges the lead defendant, JARED WHEAT, with engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise. The indictment seeks to forfeit numerous properties, automobiles and bank accounts, and seeks a money judgment of not less than $19.8 million.

According to United States Attorney Nahmias, the indictment, search warrants and other information presented in court: WHEAT, the principal owner of Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, and the other defendants opened a drug manufacturing facility in Belize in approximately 2002. The defendants allegedly used Hi-Tech funds and JARED WHEAT’s own funds to cover the costs of operating the Hi-Tech facility in Belize and would travel to Belize to manufacture various prescription and controlled substances. The defendants allegedly made approximately 24 different drugs that they marketed through so-called “spam” advertisements over the internet as authentic generic versions of those drugs being imported from Canada. The drugs included steroids such as “Oxymethelone” and “Stanazolol,” along with unapproved versions of controlled drugs such as “Ambien,” “Valium,” and “Xanax.” The defendants also manufactured versions of prescription drugs such as “Viagra,” “Cialis,” “Lipitor” and “Vioxx.” From 2002 through 2004, the defendants allegedly ordered enough active ingredients to manufacture millions of pills, many of which were then shipped into the United States to individuals who purchased the drugs after receiving internet “spam” and also to various wholesalers of drugs.

Members of the public are reminded that the indictment only contains charges. The defendants are presumed innocent of the charges and it will be the government's burden to prove each defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Atlanta recommends parents and children learn about the dangers of drugs at the following web site: www.justthinktwice.com.

Those were all dealers, not buyers. How does that discourage buyers?

Also, if those dealers just operated from overseas they would have never got busted. They were all busted in the US.

well you would be surprised they go after small buyers also. I bet the busts in 2007 will be real high as they start setting up more operations on busting online med and steroid sales.id say finding a local source is the safest and smartest route.

I think anyone who buys illegal drugs online is either stupid or crazy.I know many of you have been doing it forever with no problems but that just sounds way too risky to me.

Thanks for the info white. At least they're sort of going after dealers instead of small time users. But I'm sure that'll change within a couple of years though.

On a different note I have a feeling this could lead to more "legal" methods. By that I mean more "life extension/wellness" type places where you get 10ml of Test for $125+. Time will tell.

Im just saying if you go to the DEA website- their were never any special operations that went after steroids till about 2005 when they launched operation gear grinder wich was huge success. noe in 2006 they launched like 2 or 3 more internet med and steroid operations. sounds like they are taking it seriously and plan on doing many more operations targeting the internet and illegal med and steroid sales.

  • The darkside makes you stonger.Gives you focus!
Well they've got to give the american public something.Getting the attention off the drugs the DEA,CIA,&ATF confiscate. Then re-sell.Or just outright ship in,And deal.Steroids will keep the soccer moms,And dopey politicians occupied.

Unless of course your getting it from a "Wellness  Center".Then it's O.K. Because then the pharmacutical companies. As well as the doctors,And the labs are getting a peice of the pie.

Right?
give in to the darkside

Have any of you ever used the "wellness clinics?" How much can you get from them? I am 32 will be 33 soon...what are the odds of my doc giving me HRT since they say your test levels  start to drop around age 30?

I've never used one but I think you can get a reasonable ammount. But you're going to pay heavily for it.

The odds are very good because simply put, your health depends on it.  There is absolutely NO reason a doc can justify not giving a script for test replacement if it's needed.  If he does than just call another doctor.

that's why you use a source who doesn't post all his info on a open board...the "secret" sources are the best IMO.

anyone who orders gear with a credit card is asking for trouble...

Let me give yall a tip who buy online.  Find someone who accepts western union.  Go to a western union agent in your city and pay in cash.  You dont have to show any id.  Use a false name, and you should be alot safer.

Also you should always try to find a local domestic source.  There is a lot less chance of your package being seized domestically.

Western Union only requires ID for transactions over $1000.

Use a false name, and you should be alot safer.

The only thing you run into using a false name is that if your source fails to pick up the money or you made a mistake filling out the form you won't be able to get the money back or change the address.
