The only thing you run into using a false name is that if your source fails to pick up the money or you made a mistake filling out the form you won't be able to get the money back or change the address.

True.  Ive never ran into one of those problems before though.  Personally id rather risk losing the $300 or whatever it is on my cycle, than to use my real name to buy the stuff with and give the DEA a paper trail.

why can't ya just send cash? It isn't like you have any legal coarse of action if they rip you off anyway.So what is the advantage of using western Union?

WU also does it electronically.  They can get the money on the same day, so you get your stuff faster

most sources don't want you to know their address...even if it is a P.O. box

A lot of sources also change their addresses & P.O. Boxes regularly.

I've never used one but I think you can get a reasonable ammount. But you're going to pay heavily for it.

I was told that the prescriptions from wellness clinics were good at any pharmacy since they are written by doctors. If it is a foreign clinic, that would obviously be different.

It would depend on what it's supposed to be used for. It's my understanding that most companies won't/don't cover a lot of "wellness/life extension" stuff.
