Have a black or red stencil of a needle and then a red or black circular crossbar over it. Like a simple DOT sign.

I saw a funny t shirt once - with the ole stick figure drawings on it.
There was a red circle with a line diagonally thru it and two black stick figures behind that with one bent over and the other one standing behind.
The caption read 'pump iron not your buddies'

A, because B is just obvious. Not everyone realises that training natural and getting great results is hard work for most.

EDIT: I now realise what B is about. That said, both are good.
