you constantly say it all comes down to calories. so the question becomes this: what happens when you get 2800 calories of chicken, vegetables, rice, etc versus 2800 calories of pizza and ice cream? the same?
I have to say, i don't buy that theory (Adonis').
There's no way I'd get filled up on Ice cream, and before you know, I've taken in a couple K calories......
Besides, if you really are eating Mc D's, it's not that hard to take in 1500+ in one sitting. What the fuck do you do the rest of the day, when you are hungry?
Not to mention what eating all that shit does to your heart, et cetera.
