jay stated on his website that he won't go beyond 290-295lbs in the offseason.but now jay is planning to go 315lbs...i think so jay might plan to compete at 280lbs for olympia 2007.not a good move for jay cuz at higher bodyweights jays mid section kinda gets messed up..i thnk os jay should compete around 265lbs-275lbs..

dude he is 305lbs in these pics..what do you expect his head to look like...the only 300 pounder whos face never looked fat and bloated was dorian yates.he was 300 plus pounds in his video blood and guts and his cheek bones were visible..i would also say ronnies face never looks bloated when he is 300 plus pounds in the offseason.i think so this a genetic thing.some people get big and their face is the first thing that bloats and in other cases its the complete opposite

dude if he gets bigger his waist line is gonna explode.there is no fucking way jay is not gonna have a big waist line if he competes at 280lbs..jay should compete under 275lbs.being 305lbs in the offseason is not a good thing for jay this point of time.although he does looks bigger than ever but as we saw coleman this year bigger is not always better..

Of course he's a big bloated bastard off-season, but he's never been one to get unnecessarily fat in the off-season so I trust he'll come in good shape when the time comes.
