Jay knows that this year will be highly competitive. There is no way that he comes in the same as last year as expect to win. He is just doing what he thinks it will take to win, and that is to grow.

Has Jay done anything since becoming Mr O to promote the sport as he said he would? I'm not a ronnie fan, but he did travel to globe doing seminars etc and promoting bodybuilding.
