You always gain a lot of weight but you also seems to come down to competiton shape pretty fast
Do you gain a lot of fat in the offseason or is it just lots of water bloat?
I my self compete around 185-190lbs but always go up to about 225-235 after. A lot of it is fat and then I have to bust my ass for up to 20 weeks on the diet. It is pain in the but but I just cant keep my hands out of the cookie jar during off season.
Do you go super strikt on the diet without cheat days or do you treat your self???
What about cardio do you go at full force right away or gradually increase the amount?
