Just got back from the gym - the cardio equipment was packed. 10 hot chicks I have not seen before came in at 1:00pm....A PT was showing a semi fatty chic how she will progress from a "pear shape" into an "hour glass" shape on the computer.  I was able to supserset chest/back and then do 20 mins of cardio...not too bad...

Gym was pretty crowded today for 3:00pm when I went, I hadnt seen 90% of the people there before.  Also as someone already mentioned, I observed a guy do one set of pec dec then one set of lat pulldowns.  And one guy smelled like shit, im talking standing within a 20ft radius of him you could smell it.  I'll be glad when they are gone.

Sounds like a good day to spend some time in the squat rack...   I guarantee you none of the fatasses will go near it.
