THE MOST CROWDED DAY AT THE GYM.........today

Like every year,

The day following New years ushers in the 'RESOLUTION' crowd of fatties, has beens, and never were's...

I garauntee that 75% of the gym will either be in 'Chest Day' mode ....members who have fallen off and start anew with day 1 aka chest 

or

Fatties walking around aimlessly not knowing what to do....
an example...fat boy does pec deck flys, then lat pull downs, tries out the ab machine of his liking, then goes and does some curls, throws in a set of leg presses, then goes down stairs on the stationary bike.

SHARE your thoughts on what the gym will look like today.

Both squat racks were taken up by people doing arm curls. The rest of your description fit perfectly.

hahahaha if only things were that easy ..... today is actually the first day im lifting back since the week after thanksgiving... It should take three weeks to get all my strength back...by that time the cows would have found kinder pastures to roam.

Yeah i hate the new years.  Always overcrouded for a month.  today is the day my chest workout happens to fall on.  i will probably just do legs since the squat racks and leg presses are the only things not used by anyone else at my gym.  no matter what time of year it is.

I always hate the new years time for this reason.  Although the gym last night wasnt crowded at all for a monday night.  People still hungover i guess

I picked up about 8 new clients that pre-paid before the new year and they want to start AFTER the new year, history tells me that either 1. They will last for about 1-2 weeks or 2. I'll have at least 3-4 that won't even show up!
