Are we bored today? Not much happening in the bodybuilding world today? Still hungover from New Years, and still sore from jumping up and down watching the Oklahoma / Boise game?

Whoa - a VIP CytoSport pass, an Official Press Pass to the Olympia, Christine Wan all over him; Carol Semple (an icon) near the Vyotech booth, and a backpack full of cameras. Not bad....    As for living with his mom, nope - owns his own place in Denver, gets to shovel snow every other day.

Carol's ass has always been fine!  I met her back in 1992 in Reno, at the IRSA convetion, when she was doing pushups with her body behind her that astounded the audience, at the American Body Building booth. She is the one that truly got me into the fitness aspect of the sport, got it noticed on the map, because back then, she was the queen and the best at it. Carol is still pretty cool today, and one of the legends of the sport. It was an honour to meet her again at the 2006 Olympia!
