Delt injection?

22 gauge 1 1/2" needle with sust...is it ok to hit that in the delt?? or stick to glute with 22 gauge??

id do it....just dont sink it in all the way if your shoulder is small....

I use 23g and if I have them, i'll use the 25's.  The 25's are much easier and there is less discomfort, but it takes a while to get thet oil in your delt

I agreed, most of the time i use 23 g. on both delt and bump!

ok i guess i will stick to glute, someone on here was asking me and i wasn't sure myself cuz i've always just alternated ass cheeks.

go with the 25g for the delt....after u load the syringe run it under some hot water or take the pin off and zap it in the microwave for 10 sec...heating the oil a bit help it push through the smaller size much easier.

I use 23g/1.5" for everything. Glutes I sink the pin all the way in, delts about 1" in.

23g 1 1/2- works for me for both.  I can go all the way into delt but that's just me- try 1" first.
