I don't agree with it at all. With women or men.
I see it really simple...if a woman is in a relationship and she is interested in someone else, be respectful and tell your bf/so/husband. Obviously there are issues that you are dealing with to go out and cheat. The least you can do is keep your self-respect and be honest with the other person. It could possibly turn around and make things better for your relationship (before stepping out).
