i competed in a powerlifting show when i ws 19..weighing 132...


i squatted 385 and pulled 405..

thought that ws strong...kinda...

depends on bodyweight. a 400lb guy benching 315 for 4 isn't strong.

well they're skinny and that's their way of life, but take a guy over 200lbs and work your way up to 200lbs and theres nothing like it.

...
measuring your strength would be to base it aginast the average..
if you are above average .. then you could be considered strong
choice is an illusion

i didn't post my bench....lol..i aint tell ya what i bench..ahh fuck it..i only benched 225 that day..

i benched 225 2ice that day cause 225 ws supposed to be my second attempt..and my dumbass unracked it and did a rep all on my own before the judge said anything on my second attempt..  :-[

everyone ws looking at me like wtf r you doing..

There is no one measure of strength.  Power to weight seems to make the most sense though.

Of course you can have forumulas for being strong among the strong, but this works for pwning 98% of people.
