split your dbol up throughout your day.....roughly every 4 hours
Agreed if you can't take it at four times a day at least take it twice a day. I used to take it about an hour before training.
OR 20mg in the morning say 11 am then 1 hour before say 6 pm.
I'd go with this.
Agree with Rimbaud here. Try to split up 4x/day but 2x/day will work but DEFINATELY 1 hour before workout- you'll train like a bull.
