In my oppinion, i think adonis looks great. He is 5'11'' and 160-170 lbs shredded. NATURAL!!! His body is pretty symmetrical and i am assuming he is in his mid 20's. Just think, if he took steroids, added a little body fat, and lifted for another 5-10 years (im assumming most of the people on this board are in their 30's), he would be a big guy.

Most girls (90%) would love his physique over larger bodies. And im guessing most guys who dont lift and dont know anything about bodybuilding would love have a body like his. Sure, he talks alot of shit, but let someone post a pic of themselves in their 20's, natural, as lean and porportionate as him.

he's 5'9" tops. 26 soone 27. Lives at his mom's. Spends over 6 hours a day on various boards. Nothing to envy from the birdman.
