Ah so.  You obviously cannot connect the dots, so refuse to address.   ::)  The Geneva Convention discusses how we treat POWs.  lol.  Make the connection.

{blush}  :-[  I meant Nuremberg. (damn I hate conceding anything to you!)  ;)

Failing to deploy (i.e., disobeying an order to deploy), in time of war, while your fellow officers and SUBORDINATES are sent in harm's way, is treason.  Plain and simple.

Or desertion, ...or draft dodging... of standing up for the Constitution and disobeying an unlawdul order.  :-*

If Bush I had gone to Baghdad you would still be there now. Bush Snr. knew that, Baker knew that, Schwartzkof & Powell knew it too.

Bingo.

Why do you hate conceding?  Admitting mistakes is a good thing.  :)

I don't have a problem admitting mistakes, ...I just hate conceding anything to you,
...especially since you argue at the 5th grade level.  :-*

Not at all. you just rarely understand it when you're wrong. ...as such my comments are perceived as mistakes, when they're not.

ps - I'd hardly consider it getting whupped. I mispoke that's all.
I meant to say Nuremburg, but said Geneva Conventions instead.
It does not however change the crux of my argument which is sound.

LOL!  Oh I can understand how you said "Geneva Convention" when you meant to say "Nuremburg."  They're so similar.   ::)

My condolences, unless you're going to the War College.  Isn't the War College in Kansas?  But at least it will be better than that giant beach you've been at for the past year.   ;D

I don't know enough about military rules to speak on this one.  Does he belong in jail?  If he signed a paper agreeing to that, then yes.  Is he a traitor?  not unless he picks up arms against fellow countryman.  He is an indecisive fool, but not a traitor.  Sickens me how people will call other the worst title of all so flippantly.  Cheapens the word and shows you don't understand what it means to begin with...

Ding! Ding! Ding!  You got one right for a change.  So, since you admittedly don't know what the heck you're talking about . . . shut the heck up.

On second thought, not knowing squat about a topic hasn't stopped you from making dumb comments in the past. . . .

No you don't.  I doubt you're smart enough to know when you don't know what you're talking about.   ::)

Hey I have an idea:  why don't you consult with Allied Powers?  lol.  Since you probably hear voices in your head anyway, talking to yourself won't be much of a stretch.   ;D
