Hahahahaha Blew-two has put on lots of mass since the last time I saw him. I guess the 'Core secrets' workouts he does on the Swiss ball complimented by a strict nutrition regime that consists entirely of drinking 'protein' off some guy's 'tap' does work miracles for some.

Martin was ripped as hell when he won his card. I think he needs to come in in this type of shape if he hopes to make a dent. Most new pros think they need to put on a lot of mass and they often sacrifice conditioning to do so.
