I have been retired going on 6 years this next Olympia and I'm 41 years old with a 16 month old little girl and a pregnant wife due this July 13th.
Competing is like the last thing that gets my juices flowing these days.
Watching my little girl play and begin speaking gets me pumped up these days, as we are looking forward to our expanding family.
We find out what we're having at the end of this month which is the most excited I've been since walking away from the stage.
I'm a fan, a father, husband, promoter, and Supplement Insider.
I like cheering for my favorites like you guys and had my fill.
The Lord blessed me, my family and my career with great memories to keep me full and not miss the competition.

It's kinda funny that they thought I was going to get all pissed off over it, but actually I think it's funny. I'm having a photo shoot done by Dan Ray photography. thanks for the clip shawn...how long have you been training between the "out of shape" footage and the finished product that you will show us

and will the finished product be natural?...
