Actually the US has a very high level of intelligent people. Because of the good environment for science (financial, logistical) many intelligent people from all over the world go to the US.

I'm not talking about diplomas.

i'm talking about scientists from europe or asia that do not get the funding they would need for their experiments or scientifical studies in the country they come from.

This way the US has a very high level in its intelligentia.
