ahahhahha.... ya all have no idea... I have a 17th century book on this stuff that would make some pass out on description alone.  Back in the day it wasn't worth doing unless it inflicked max pain and suffering using unique ways like staking a guy's intenstines to a tree and making him walk around it until he's wrapped all his innards around the tree. :-X It gets worse, way worse...
