i'll start, there is this guy 37 years old, decent sized but nothing big who claims to do DC training so the other day we're starting our chest workout at around the same time and he's about ready to start his main work set with the rest pause on the flat barbell bench with a massive 235, he asks me if i can spot him and i say OK, so he sits on the bench and takes a good 3 minutes slapping himself in the head and muttering crazy shit to himself before getting an amazing 7 reps on the first go round, then racks it, takes it out again and gets a huge 3 reps, racks it, takes it out for the last time and gets 2 reps and putrs it back, then he moves on to barbell inclines with 185 which you aren't supposed to do, you're only supposed to do the one basic movement for chest and then do the "extreme stretching", hahahaha, what a clown.
