Hello all. This is Phil Heath, just making my first post on here and I am very excited to be apart of such a great forum. It took awhile, but after getting some assistance, my log-in works, so I can now post like you all. I am in San Jose right now training with Bill Willmore and trainer Hany Rambod and things are looking good, so I can only hope to keep up the intensity and take it to em' at the ASC. My strength has improved quite a bit over the last few months which has helped me a ton this time, so I am expecting some major improvements to my weak areas. Anyway, I hope everyone had a great holiday season and I will be around viewing and posting probably until the diet gets too bothersome.

You may not like it but every complaint that I get from people like you, I also get 2-3 positive e-mails telling thansk for keeping them updated.

agreed, Max seems like a good guy but i don't understand this whole "be nice" bullshit, they're big boys, they can handle it and we were nice as pie to Jay and he still left and never came back, how nice do you have to be to these guys?

You know what? Every board steal from each other, I don't know how many times I've took some shots from Pros/Hollywood stars, etc... And every single boards steal my stuff without giving any credits. So I figured since you guys are gonna steal my stuff anyway, I may as well be the one telling you where to get it as soon as it comes out. Get it Lift?

The problem is this, out of 10 peeps you'll have 8 that are cool and 2 that will want to f with you or just say something they shouldn't, it's hard to only see the good and leave the bad I guess. Maybe you were cool but you are not the only one on the board. Remember that.

Whoa there Davey simmer down. I don't need to "steal" any of your stuff. Yes, you're a nice guy - no disputing that. I'm pointing out that you and Dave Palumbo come on here and link to other sites. You rarely come on here and interact unless you're attack. If you came on here and interacted with people you'd be better received.
