Last time I seen my bro bigJohnN79 wander off to the mexican boarder with track full of cooler boxes for new gear....

Old mexican told me he was last seen in the mountains of Bogota looking 350 pounds ripped, living in isolation and pesruing higher meaning...Local villagers worship him as a saviour, cuz he saves em from wild animals by grabbing them before they attack and doing shoulder presses with them until they faint...Returning the favour the villagers also cook his high protein meals and get him gym equipment from nearby town...

Sup fools, yea bros, masteryoda is correct, I have dropped some size and bf and have been training in mma for a bit now, giving my body a rest from all that hardcore lifting I did so many years, glad to see some of u dudes still remember me =)

Sorry dudes, I dont think I can rewrite anymore great masterpieces of the great bappart anymore.., and the originals got lost somewhere, but that mofo is alive and doing well, and will be doing a lil shrinking because we convinced him to hit up MMA as well, haha.
