Also every older fat f**k that was once a strength god never does a full rep. These fuckers are the kings of 1/4 reps.

and they never rack the massive 225lb that they did for 3 very hard 1/4 reps

Not EVERY older fat fuck.  I still do 100% full ROM when I train.  In fact I go further than almost anyone.  That is the only way I have ever trained.  I would be embarrassed to do half reps or less.  Guys who try to do the weight I do to this day will do the weight yet onlydo 1/4 or 1/2 reps and get up and think they did great.

There is a dude called james fennelly who competes in the idfpa. he is 21yr old around 105kg around 6'5 or 6' pulls 700lbs naturally.

Of course onlyme, everybody on getbig only does full ROM.....hahahaha, just giving you shit.  It is funny how EVERYBODY on here does ass to ground squats, etc.... it would be funny if someone piped up and said that they only do 1/4 range of motion on everything.

I do 90% ROM on delts and Squats to save my knees and shoulders but other than that I do full reps.

One of my other favorites are the guys on the leg press and hack squat that really pile on the weight and do 1/4 reps and finish their set with a loud grunt and a sense of accomplishment.

haha, yeah, I see that shit all the time. Annoying as hell. If they tried a full rom set with that weght, their chin would be touching their nuts as they scream for help.

I'd rather do 90-100% ROM with less weight and have a better MUSCLE workout than pile on the weight for 1/4 reps and have fucked up joints, but to each his own.

I use a metal hook that rests in my palm and straps with velcro around my wrist.  I like these better than straps because Im still holding the full weight for the forarms but it gives me a sense of security if my grip failed on a late rep.  Got em at Sports authority.
