Hey guys, finally got the OK from the Admin to post. Just wanted to say what's up, wanted to see if any my bro's from AR.com are over here...  ;D

AR.com has a very big MMA section, I'm not here to advertise for them. They lack in a big section for pro-bodybuilding discussion, thats why I joined here  ;D

How can you practice MMA when you know nothing about any other martial arts and have never practiced them.

belts are mostly for traditional arts that most of the time has no place in mma. muay thai, wrestling etc dont have belts.

this is not news. ive talked about my mma background before. ive been on the mma board of getbig since day 1. and on getbig for over 2 years.

huh? muay thai, boxing, submission wrestling etc doesnt use belts and are not considered traditional martial arts if thats what you're refering to, it is however the foundation of mma
