Obviously blacks are the dominant race in Football and there should be more black coaches in NFL.  However, being a player isn't the only qualification commonly seen in a coach.  They need great organization skills, planning skills, communication skills and leadership abilities.  Obviously blacks can and do have this, but it's not as simple as number played vs number of coaches.

Dude im going off sheer numbers. Dude im in med school and will be done with book work in may of 08. Got a degree from Morehouse college and at the number 3 medical school in the US (emory). Dont for one second think that I need any exuses.
